Alec became a member and director of the co-op in 2023.

He is an ISA certified arborist and tree risk assessor.

Alec also holds the designation of Co-opD.D as a trained co-op director, issued by the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy, and recognized by the Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL).

Alec has been Operations Manager of the co-op since 2024.
