Cam first started working for the co-op in late 2023 and was hired on as a full-time employee for 2024. Beginning in 2025, Cam became a member of the co-op and the first member to go through the recruitment and on-boarding process.

Cam has completed the Modern Tree Climbing Systems course from ArborCanada and is currently an apprentice in the Arborist Technician program at Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
